Qualifications

• Several years of experience working with integrations at the intersection of business, technology, and customers.
• Higher education in IT, CS, Systems Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven experience leading or managing integration and change initiatives involving customers and system partners.
• Experience within retail and/or logistics.
• Strong understanding of modern integration technologies and methods, including API, REST, EDI, file transfers, and automated data flows.
• Strong stakeholder and customer communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

In this role, you will take ownership of customer integrations from initial requirements through implementation and successful go-live. You will work closely with customers, system partners, IT, product teams, and business stakeholders to build stable, efficient, and future-proof digital solutions.
