Elvenite is seeking an experienced Senior Infor M3 Supply Chain Consultant to join our Nordic team and work with leading Food & Beverage, Retail and Fashion customers. You will combine deep M3 expertise with supply chain know-how in project-based transformations.

In this role you will analyse complex business needs, design and configure Infor M3 solutions, optimise orders, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, planning and production, and lead workshops with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience with Infor M3 and supply chain.
• Ability to understand system details and the wider business context.
• Fluent in Swedish and English; Norwegian is an advantage.

Would you like to use your experience for more than simply implementing an ERP system?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Infor M3 Supply Chain Consultant who wants to join our growing team and work with some of the Nordic region’s leading companies in Food & Beverage, Retail and Fashion.

At Elvenite, you will combine in-depth operational knowledge with expertise in Infor M3, working alongside other experienced specialists. You will take significant responsibility, influence solutions and act as a trusted adviser to our customers in complex transformation projects.

Your role

As a Senior Infor M3 Supply Chain Consultant, you will play a key role in our customer projects and become an important part of the Elvenite team.

We work in project-based teams, collaborating with colleagues from different specialist areas and working closely with our customers’ operations. You will be expected to take independent responsibility for your area while contributing to the bigger picture and helping both the customer and the team move forward.

Your work may include:

• Analysing complex business requirements and developing Supply Chain processes
• Designing, configuring and implementing solutions in Infor M3
• Optimising flows in areas such as orders, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, planning or production
• Translating business requirements into smart, scalable and sustainable solutions
• Leading workshops and advising business stakeholders, process owners and other decision-makers
• Contributing best practices and challenging both us and our customers when you identify a better way forward
• Supporting other consultants and sharing your knowledge with the team

As a senior consultant, you will put your existing experience to use while continuing to develop. For us, it is not enough for M3 to work—the wider business should work better because of what we do.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience working with Infor M3 and Supply Chain who feels confident in a consulting role.

You can understand both the details of the system and the wider business context. You are comfortable driving your area forward independently, building trust with customers and collaborating with other specialists to find the best solution.

We believe you have extensive experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Orders and distribution
• Purchasing
• Warehousing and logistics
• Planning
• Production
• Other related Supply Chain processes

You have solid experience with ERP and Infor M3, ideally from implementations, major change programmes or complex business environments.

You communicate fluently in Swedish and English. Norwegian is an advantage.
