Job summary

Sharp Brains seeks an experienced IT Support Technician to provide on-site deskside and end-user computing support in our Stockholm corporate environment.

You will troubleshoot desktop, laptop, software, hardware, and connectivity issues; configure, image, patch, deploy, and replace computers and peripherals; and manage tickets using ServiceNow, SCCM, and Intune.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of deskside or IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows devices and common enterprise applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow, SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication, customer-service, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently at the Stockholm site.
• Valid right to work and provide B2B/freelance services in Sweden.
