Job summary

Sharp Brains in Stockholm is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide on-site deskside and end-user computing support in a corporate environment.

You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, software, hardware, and connectivity; configure and deploy computers and peripherals; manage tickets with ServiceNow, SCCM and Intune; assist with Active Directory and Microsoft 365; and provide VIP on-site support as the contact during escalations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years deskside or IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows devices and common enterprise applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow, SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Good communication, customer-service, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently at the Stockholm site.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Configure, image, patch, deploy, and replace computers and peripherals.
• Manage support tickets and assets using tools such as ServiceNow, SCCM, and Intune.
• Support Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN clients, mobile devices, and basic macOS issues.
• Assist with Active Directory user accounts and access-related requests.
• Support printers, scanners, meeting-room equipment, and other peripherals.
• Provide VIP support and act as the on-site contact during escalations.
• Maintain hardware inventory, resolution notes, and technical documentation.
• Follow security requirements and ITIL-based support processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of deskside or IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows devices and common enterprise applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow, SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication, customer-service, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently at the Stockholm site.
• Valid right to work and provide B2B/freelance services in Sweden.
