Job summary

H&M Group is seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to drive day-to-day execution of campaigns across markets. You will collaborate with campaign managers, agencies, creators and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, on-brand delivery and alignment with business goals.

Based in Stockholm, this hands-on role handles planning, asset provisioning, budget tracking, and performance monitoring while solving challenges and building strong influencer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media campaigns.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication; German language exposure is a plus.
• Comfortable with campaign data, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Experience with the German market and affiliate marketing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, organization, and execution of influencer campaigns.
• Ensure materials and assets are provided to influencers and agencies, and campaigns launch on schedule.
• Serve as primary contact between brand, agencies, and influencers, handling briefs and approvals.
• Monitor live campaigns, track performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Assist managing campaign budgets, expenses, and liaison with finance and legal on contracts.
