We're now looking for a new Implementation Consultant to join our growing team in Gothenburg and help us implement our Academic Operations solutions across the region.

The Role

As an Implementation Consultant at TimeEdit you will be part of the Customer Success team and play a pivotal role in helping universities transition from legacy systems and spreadsheets, ensuring a smooth onboarding and adoption process.

Responsibilities

• Be the process and system expert advising and guiding our customers during the onboarding project
• Conduct workflow conversations to advise optimal structure and workflow for each customer
• Be responsible for the technical set-up and configuration of TimeEdit throughout the customer onboarding
• Train and educate customers on how to effectively utilise TimeEdit to receive maximum value from the product
• Surface implementation and onboarding blockers and trends to improve overall set-up and onboarding experience
• Be a product expert and understand how different tailored TimeEdit set-ups and workflows serve different purposes and demands
• Serve as a trusted advisor, and represent the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product roadmap
• Travel occasionally - for customer kickoffs, trainings, and events

Qualifications

• Have previous experience working directly with software implementations, either as an Implementation consultant/manager or System Owner at a SaaS company implementing configurable software
• Have knowledge of, and technical acumen relevant to, the implementation of SaaS products and services
• Have a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent onboarding projects with varying complexity levels
• Are empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
• A teamplayer who likes to help your colleagues and is not afraid to ask for help
• Are driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a can do attitude
• Have exceptional communication skills in both Swedish and English
