Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a motivated early-career Key Account Manager for a 100% field-based role across Sweden. You will develop relationships with healthcare professionals, drive Immunology strategy, and travel regularly within your territory.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in natural sciences, business administration or related field.
• LIF education (Medicinsk Grundutbildning/MGU) where applicable.
• Relevant healthcare degrees may qualify for an exception from the LIF requirement.
• 0–3 years of professional experience; previous experience in a comparable role is an advantage, but not essential.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and interest in digital and AI tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• High proficiency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop your customer engagement skills with customers and healthcare professionals.
• Support sales and business objectives within your assigned territory.
• Develop and implement account plans in collaboration with cross-functional colleagues.
• Use customer and territory insights to spot new opportunities and make an impact.
• Build your product and therapeutic-area expertise.
• Use CRM, digital and AI tools to support effective customer engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams, learn from others and share ideas.
• Embrace continuous learning and actively develop your commercial, communication and medical knowledge.
• Conduct all activities in line with ethical, legal and compliance requirements.
