Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a motivated early-career Key Account Manager for a 100% field-based role across Sweden. You will develop relationships with healthcare professionals, drive Immunology strategy, and travel regularly within your territory.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in natural sciences, business administration or related field.
• LIF education (Medicinsk Grundutbildning/MGU) where applicable.
• Relevant healthcare degrees may qualify for an exception from the LIF requirement.
• 0–3 years of professional experience; previous experience in a comparable role is an advantage, but not essential.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and interest in digital and AI tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• High proficiency in Swedish and English.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and curious individual ready to make an impact within our patient-centric Immunology team.

Please note: This is a 100% field-based role with no office-based work. The position requires regular travel across the assigned territory within Sweden.

As a Key Account Manager, you will develop relationships with customers in your territory and contribute to delivering our Immunology strategy. With structured training and support from experienced colleagues, you will gradually build your expertise in account management, customer engagement and the therapeutic area.

The Anticipated Base Pay Range For This Position Is

kr432,000.00 - kr693,450.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
