Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a motivated Early in Career professional for a 100% field-based Key Account Manager role in Immunology. The position includes travel across Sweden and a strong focus on building customer relationships with healthcare professionals.

As part of our Early in Career hiring, graduates and early-career professionals will gain experience and development in account management, customer engagement and therapeutic area knowledge.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in natural sciences, business administration or a related field.
• LIF education (Medicinsk Grundutbildning/MGU), where applicable.
• Relevant healthcare degrees may qualify for an exception from the LIF requirement.
• 0–3 years of professional experience; previous experience in a comparable role is an advantage, but not essential.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and interest in digital and AI tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• High proficiency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop your customer engagement skills with customers and healthcare professionals.
• Support sales and business objectives within your assigned territory.
• Develop and implement account plans in collaboration with cross-functional colleagues.
