Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior Identity & Access leader to guide large organisations through security transformations, advising leadership on strategy and running multi-year programmes. You will own outcomes, build trusted client relationships, and help grow the security practice, including AI-driven Identity initiatives.

Based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö with a hybrid work pattern, you’ll collaborate with Accenture Cybersecurity to deliver security journeys across sectors and geographies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Experience leading identity/security transformation for enterprises.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and shape engagements.
• Based in Sweden with hybrid Stockholm/other locations.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior stakeholders on identity and access direction and strategy.
• Lead delivery of complex transformation programmes end-to-end.
• Build long-term client relationships and win new work.
• Grow capability and the people in the team.
