Accenture Cybersecurity in Stockholm is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Advisor & Account Executive who blends strategic client leadership with hands-on security delivery. This hybrid role involves working with clients and internal security experts to drive value-based security programs.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in business development, ideally within consulting or IT/security services.
• Experience within cybersecurity – either from consulting or in-house roles.
• Based in the Stockholm area.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience across one or more cybersecurity domains such as: Identity & Access Management, Information Security / GRC, AI Security, Application Security, OT Security.
• Strong ability to understand customer needs and translate them into value-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial mindset combined with technical credibility.

Responsibilities

The role

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Advisor & Account Executive with proven experience working with CISO, CIO, and senior IT and business stakeholders to develop strategic directions, establish operating models, and lead transformation initiatives.

This is a hybrid role where you will combine strategic work with practical cybersecurity consulting, working closely with our clients and internal security experts.

You will play a key role in building long‑term client relationships, understanding customer needs in depth, and tailoring cybersecurity solutions that create real business value. With your commercial mindset and technical credibility, you will act as a trusted advisor while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across our Cybersecurity practice.

Key responsibilities
