Job summary

Accenture Nordics in Sweden seeks a senior Identity Architect to own the target-state IAM design, define the roadmap, and align trade-offs with business needs. This client‑facing role requires credibility to make technical calls while grounding them in business context, including secure AI adoption.

You will lead cross‑disciplinary teams across security, technology and enterprise IT to shape patterns, guide delivery, and ensure integration with complex estates.

Qualifications

• Deep IAM experience with design ownership and governance.
• Ability to translate business needs into a scalable identity solution.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and integration patterns.
• Breadth across cloud, enterprise integration, directory services.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
• Stockholm, Göteborg or Malmö; hybrid working pattern.

Responsibilities

• Own the target-state identity architecture for a client and the roadmap that gets them there, sequencing the work and defending the trade-offs.
• Advise senior client stakeholders, translating what the business needs into an identity solution they can commit to and that will stand up over time.
• Lead the design across a programme and guide the people delivering it.
• Identify patterns and integration challenges that will shape programme success and help the team navigate them.
• Help shape new work, bringing design credibility into proposals as well as delivery.
