Job summary

Accenture Nordics in Sweden seeks an experienced Strategy/Management Consulting Manager or Senior Manager to lead finance transformation for complex organizations. You will own client relationships, drive business development, and help shape the Swedish Finance practice in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö, with travel expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years (Manager) or 8+ years (Senior Manager) of strategy and/or management consulting experience related to the CFO Agenda.
• Experience with CFO agenda – finance transformation, GBS design, EPM, platform transformation.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, with experience presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Finance operating model design and GBS/shared service center establishment – defining target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Finance platform transformation – leading ERP and finance application modernization programmes (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday, OneStream, Anaplan).
• Strategic finance operations – redesigning end-to-end finance processes, driving standardization, and building high-performance Finance & Accounting capabilities through GBS.
• AI and automation reinvention – designing and implementing GenAI and agentic automation in finance operations.
• Enterprise performance management and connected planning – replacing static budgets with AI-driven forecasting, scenario modelling, and decision intelligence.
• Business development and client leadership – originating and leading proposals, building and owning relationships at CFO and Controller level.
• Strategic cost reduction, operational efficiency, and enterprise value creation – identifying and realizing measurable financial outcomes through transformation programmes.
