Job summary

Accenture Cybersecurity partners with large organisations to secure identity and access as they transform and adopt AI. You will work across Sweden in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö on hybrid arrangements, shaping designs and roadmaps for identity governance and access management.

You’ll collaborate with client delivery teams to implement secure identity solutions, balancing functional and technical perspectives and driving practical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Around 3+ years of IAM experience.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
• Based in Stockholm, Göteborg or Malmö with hybrid work pattern.

Deciding who, and what, can reach which systems is some of the most consequential work in security: organisations that get it wrong don't just face a technical gap, they face a governance one. You'll work close to delivery, alongside the client teams who own the processes and systems you're helping to change, across organisations and sectors where the stakes are real. Regulation and the pace of AI adoption are raising the bar on what good identity looks like, and clients turn to us to help them meet it. It's a role where you build depth from strength on one side of identity — the functional or the technical — into confidence across both.

What You’ll Do

• Help clients work out how identity and access should function across their organisation, and shape designs that stand up in the real world.
• Create and evolve the processes and architectures that help clients adopt modern concepts and technologies at the frontier of identity.
• See those designs through into something clients can depend on, whether building greenfield or re-engineering legacy processes and systems into efficient, trustworthy identity capabilities.
• Work shoulder to shoulder with client teams, trusted to deliver and to explain the trade‑offs along the way.
• Contribute to assessments and roadmap conversations that help clients understand where they stand on identity and what it will take to get where they need to go.

What We’re Looking For

• A feel for how identity and access should work — in IAM directly, or in closely adjacent transformation work — and the judgement to reason about it, not just operate a tool.
• Strength on either the functional or the technical side of identity: process and access design, or building on a platform such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping or Microsoft Entra ID, and the ambition to grow across both.
• Around 3+ years of experience in IAM or a closely related field.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
• Based in Stockholm, Göteborg or Malmö, on a hybrid pattern.
• Comfortable working across sectors and adapting to each client’s context.

Many strong people in this field didn’t start in IAM. If you’re moving in from adjacent transformation work — business analysis, solution design, cloud and infrastructure, software engineering, or running directory and access services — and you want to build a career in identity and security, we’d like to hear from you.

Nice to have

• A relevant degree.
• Exposure to software architecture, automation, or application onboarding.
• Relevant security certifications, or the drive to earn them.
• A genuine curiosity about where identity is heading: the shift toward continuous verification, policy-based access, and how AI is reshaping what organisations need to govern.
