Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead complex cross-functional IT integration projects, configure and customize ONESOURCE Pagero deployments, and train end users. You will work with Product, Sales, Support and partners, managing multiple projects with a focus on timelines and budgets.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and an active role in pre-sales activities, demonstrations, and scoping for prospective clients, with a flexible hybrid work

Qualifications

• Experience leading large cross-functional implementation projects.
• Experience with project planning and timelines.
• Ability to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Sales, Support and partner organizations.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including software demonstrations.
• Hands-on configuration, implementation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT integration projects in parallel.
• Configure and customize applications per agreed specifications.
• Deliver end-user and super-user training.
• Support pre-sales activities with software demonstrations and scoping.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Support, as well as partner organizations.
• Document project deliverables within timelines and budgets.
• Participate in application configuration, implementation, and testing.
