Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive professional to lead Mercur Business Control implementations for varied customers. You will gather business requirements, design configurations, and develop integrations to meet specific needs.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, delivering enhancements, performing testing and go-live activities, and training users. You will manage relationships, acting as a trusted advisor through projects and collaborating with colleagues to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with practical business solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of Mercur Business Control for new and existing customers.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Design, configure and customise the system to meet customer needs.
• Develop and manage integrations between Mercur Business Control and other systems.
• Design and build reports, dashboards and decision-support solutions.
• Deliver customer and industry-specific system enhancements and configurations.
• Conduct system testing, deployment and go-live activities.
• Provide user training and ongoing customer support.
• Manage customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions and successful project outcomes.
