Getinge is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development & M&A in Life Science. This senior role leads the BD, M&A and strategic marketing agenda, shaping a 3–5 year strategy through disciplined business cases, valuations and cross-functional alignment across Europe and the US.

You will collaborate with VP Finance & Strategy, VP Product Areas and external advisors to accelerate organic and inorganic growth, and you will engage with executive teams and the Board to drive value.

Competenze

• 10+ years in strategy, M&A, corporate development or related roles.
• Experience building market strategies for global B2B environments.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Ability to lead analyses and transaction workstreams.
• Excellent communication with executive audiences.

Mansioni

• Lead the business development, M&A and strategic marketing agenda for Life Science.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritize acquisitions and partnerships.
• Prepare business cases, valuations and decision material for leadership.
• Oversee due diligence and integration planning with external advisors.
