DS Smith is seeking an experienced IT Operations Team Leader to guide and grow a team responsible for delivering and supporting our IT infrastructure. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with people management in a dynamic, international environment.

• Experience in a shared services environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing IT infrastructure team.
• Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure operations ensuring high availability and security.
• Manage IT infrastructure projects from planning to implementation.
• Provide leadership during IT incidents and outages and coordinate recovery efforts.
• Develop capacity plans and optimize resource utilization.
