H&M Group is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for E2E Digital Operations in Stockholm. You will lead three teams—Delivery Excellence, Site Reliability Engineering, and Governance—to deliver a reliable, scalable digital service.

You will translate business priorities into a clear service roadmap, balance speed with stability and work with product, architecture, and partners to improve operations at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering managers and senior engineers.
• Strong understanding of RUN, observability and incident management.
• Ability to align multiple teams to common objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead EDO as a unified service across three teams: Delivery Excellence, SRE, Governance.
• Translate priorities into a measurable service roadmap and outcomes.
• Own RUN performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Set engineering standards across DevOps, CI/CD, security and compliance.
• Collaborate with product, architecture and partners to scale operations.
