Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks an experienced Systems Operations Manager to lead national operations across Sweden. You will manage Site Supervisors and field teams, ensuring safe, on-time, high-quality delivery of HVAC systems across multiple customer sites.

Travel nationwide is required. You will drive operational performance, coach teams, and collaborate with customers and subcontractors to support growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in construction, engineering, building services, or technical operations.
• Experience managing multi-site operations, projects, or field teams.
• Knowledge of Swedish construction regulations and HSE requirements.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or related field.
• Fluent Swedish and English.

Are you an experienced operations leader ready to drive excellence across some of Sweden's most exciting data centre and critical infrastructure projects? We are looking for a Systems Operations Manager to lead our HVAC System Operation sits across Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for operational delivery across multiple customer sites, leading a team of Site Supervisors and field operatives while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving operational performance, supporting business growth, and developing high-performing teams. This position is based in Sweden and requires regular travel across customer sites nationwide.

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
• Valid driving licence.
