Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Field Service Site Supervisor to lead service and maintenance across mission-critical data center environments in Sweden. Based in Eskilstuna with coverage for Västerås and Norrköping, travel between sites will be required.

The role involves supervising technicians, coordinating service partners, managing HVAC controls and BMS maintenance, and acting as the on-site customer contact to ensure uptime, safety and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HVAC controls or BMS
• Experience leading technicians on live sites
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Driving licence required
• Experience in data centres or mission-critical environments

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades of HVAC controls and BMS systems.
• Coordinate field technicians and service partners across multiple sites.
• Manage critical alarms and incident response activities.
• Ensure delivery of planned and reactive maintenance programmes.
• Monitor system performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with data centre procedures, SLAs, and safety standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers and site stakeholders.
