Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Field Service Site Supervisor to lead service and maintenance activities for mission-critical data center environments. You will supervise technicians across sites, manage HVAC/BMS tasks, respond to critical incidents, and act as the on-site customer contact to ensure reliability, safety and high-quality service delivery.

The role is based in Eskilstuna, Sweden with responsibility across Västerås, Eskilstuna and Norrköping.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in HVAC controls, BMS, building automation, or field service.
• Proven fault finding, maintenance, and troubleshooting on live sites.
• Experience leading technicians and coordinating multiple service activities.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades of HVAC controls and BMS systems.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Site Supervisor to lead service and maintenance activities across mission‑critical data center environments.

In this hands‑on role, you will supervise technicians and subcontractors, manage HVAC controls and BMS maintenance activities, respond to critical incidents, and act as the key customer contact on site. Your focus will be ensuring system reliability, uptime, safety, and exceptional service delivery.

This position will be based in Eskilstuna, Sweden, with responsibility for supporting customer sites across Västerås, Eskilstuna, and Norrköping. Travel between these locations will be required as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades of HVAC controls and BMS systems.
• Coordinate field technicians and service partners across multiple sites.
