Job summary

JobBusters AB is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Lead to drive a large-scale transformation. You will design, develop, and deliver integrations between Workday and HR, payroll, finance, identity management, and third-party apps.

You will provide technical leadership across the program, migrate and modernize over 100 integrations, and mentor the team while collaborating with partners and stakeholders. This is a hybrid role in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise integration development experience.
• 4+ years hands-on with Workday integrations.
• Experience in Workday implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of cloud integration architecture and security.

Job description

Are you an experienced Workday integration professional ready to take on a leading role in a large-scale transformation? We are looking for a Workday Integration Lead to join an ambitious implementation program within a large and highly regulated organization.

In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and delivering integrations between Workday and a wide range of enterprise systems, including HR, payroll, identity management, finance, and third-party applications.

You will provide technical leadership throughout the transformation, helping to assess, migrate, redesign, and modernize more than 100 existing integrations impacted by the Workday implementation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on technical expertise with architecture, stakeholder collaboration, and technical leadership.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the design and redesign of Workday integrations.
• Define integration architecture, standards, and best practices.
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• At least 7 years of experience in enterprise integration development.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations.
• Proven experience from Workday implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, Web Services, XML, JSON, REST, and SOAP.
• Experience integrating Workday with HR, payroll, finance, identity management, and third-party systems.
• A strong understanding of cloud integration architecture and security.
• Knowledge of HR processes such as Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, and Payroll.
• Meritorious: Experience from financial services or another highly regulated industry is highly valued.
