Are you an experienced Workday integration professional ready to take on a leading role in a large-scale transformation? We are looking for a Workday Integration Lead to join an ambitious implementation program within a large and highly regulated organization.
In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and delivering integrations between Workday and a wide range of enterprise systems, including HR, payroll, identity management, finance, and third‑party applications.
You will provide technical leadership throughout the transformation, helping to assess, migrate, redesign, and modernise more than 100 existing integrations impacted by the Workday implementation. Your responsibilitiesLead the design and redesign of Workday integrations.
Define integration architecture, standards, and best practices.
Build scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions.
Act as a technical advisor and support key architecture decisions.
Collaborate with implementation partners, architects, business analysts, and application teams.
Identify technical risks and dependencies and ensure compliance with security and operational requirements.
Mentor internal developers and strengthen Workday integration capabilities within the team.

At least 7 years of experience in enterprise integration development.
At least 4 years of hands‑on experience with Workday integrations.
Proven experience from Workday implementation or transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, Web Services, XML, JSON, REST, and SOAP.
Experience integrating Workday with HR, payroll, finance, identity management, and third‑party systems.
A strong understanding of cloud integration architecture and security.
Knowledge of HR processes such as Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, and Payroll.
Meritorious: Experience from financial services or another highly regulated industry is highly valued.
