Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering or IT.
• 2–4 years in sales support, sales operations, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM system, ideally as an admin or power user.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the CRM (HubSpot), manage users, properties, pipelines and workflows.
• Run the sales forecast process and build dashboards on pipeline, sales performance and KPIs.
• Create and manage quotes, price lists, and order documentation; support customer meetings and campaigns.
• Be the first line of contact for customers and route complex questions to the right person.
