NCC Aktiebolag is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Specialist for one of Sweden's largest construction projects in Northern Sweden. The role emphasizes driving and developing systematic health and safety work on site, with a focus on creating a strong safety culture and tangible improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience on large-scale projects, preferably in construction and/or industrial environments.
• Relevant education or equivalent knowledge from professional experience.
• Willingness to work on-site and lead safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections, maintain statistics, and perform risk assessments.
• Manage incidents and non-conformances; drive preventative safety initiatives.
• Lead meetings and develop instructions and presentation materials.
