Job summary

NCC is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Specialist for one of Sweden’s largest construction projects in the North. You will drive systematic safety work on site, lead inspections, risk assessments, and incident management, and report to the Head of Staff.

The role requires on-site presence in Luleå and close collaboration with project teams. You will work with production and other project functions to implement preventive health and safety initiatives, develop instructions, and

Qualifications

• Experience from large-scale projects, preferably construction/industrial.
• Confident in taking ownership of your area and driving initiatives.
• Proficient in Swedish and English, with clear communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in safety inspections, statistics, risk assessments, and incident management.
• Develop and implement health and safety processes and instructions.
• Foster a strong safety culture with active collaboration with client and project functions.
