Scania is seeking an IT Business and System Analyst to join a strategic HR transformation project within People Tech Sweden. You will map, analyze, and translate requirements that support Scania's future HR landscape, focusing on the decommissioning of a core HR system and transitioning to future solutions.

You will work closely with HR, payroll, recruitment and IT to document processes, drive stakeholder alignment, and support change adoption across the Swedish organization on a temporary,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of requirements mapping and process design experience.
• 5+ years HRBP experience or strong HR knowledge from a business perspective.
• 3+ years working with HR systems, HR master data, integrations, and downstream data consumption.
• Experience in global and local transformation programs with stakeholders.
• Ability to distinguish business requirements from solution design and technical implementation.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, map, and document current and future HR processes, workflows, and business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, payroll, recruitment, and other business functions to understand needs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops to clarify requirements, align stakeholders, and drive decision-making.
• Support the transition from legacy HR systems by ensuring business requirements, process designs, and data dependencies are understood and documented.
• Identify process gaps, ownership issues, risks, and improvement opportunities while supporting organizational change.
