Job summary

Perido AB is seeking a talented HR Business Analyst to bridge business needs, solution design, and HR systems in a major transformation program in Södertälje with hybrid work.

You will gather requirements, map processes, support testing, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adoption of new ways of working. Fluency in Swedish and English, plus experience with HR systems, are essential. Start 2026-10-19; assignment through 2027-12-31.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic education or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working with business requirements and/or process development.
• Understanding of HR / People & Culture processes from a business perspective.
• Experience working with HR systems
• Strong documentation skills and ability to structure complex information clearly.
• Fluent Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, maintain, and update business requirements for the new HR solution.
• Translate requirements into clear process designs, future-state processes, and workflows.
• Support requirements mapping, process analysis, impact assessments, and testing activities.
• Ensure requirements and process documentation is accurate, accessible, structured, and kept up to date.
• Collaborate with project and change teams to support implementation readiness, rollout, and stabilization.
• Support the development and update of user and administrator guides.
• Support alignment of business requirements across stakeholder groups and help embed new ways of working for sustainable adoption.
