Job summary

Perido AB is seeking an HR Business Analyst focused on Payroll Processes and HR-Systems to support a client in the automotive sector. The role offers hybrid work with three days on site in Södertälje, Sweden, starting 2026-10-19 and continuing as a consulting assignment through 2027-12-31.

In this position, you will design and align payroll requirements, translate them into workflows, and collaborate across project, HR, and change teams to ensure readiness and stabilization of the new payroll

Qualifications

• Relevant academic education or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll and HR administration.
• Good understanding of People & Culture processes, particularly Payroll and time-related processes.
• Experience with process development, process mapping, and workflow design.
• Strong documentation skills and experience working with structured process frameworks.
• Experience with HR and Payroll systems.
• Fluent Swedish and English.

About the position

Perido is looking for an HR Business Analyst with focus on Payroll Processes/HR-Systems for our client, an automotive company. The position is placed in Södertälje with hybrid working applied, three days on site.

Your daily tasks

As a HR Business Analyst, you will contribute expertise to the design, alignment, and implementation of project-driven changes. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle:

• Document, maintain, and update requirements for the new Payroll solution
• Translate Payroll requirements into clear process designs, workflows, and future-state solutions
• Support requirements gathering, impact analysis, and testing related to process and system changes
• Ensure process and requirements documentation is accurate, accessible, and up to date
• Develop and update user and administrator guides for the new solution
• Collaborate with project, business, HR, and change teams to support implementation readiness, rollout, and stabilization
• Support the implementation of new ways of working and ensure alignment between processes, system requirements, and change activities

• Experience with HR and Payroll systems
• Fluent Swedish and English

• Experience in process development, process mapping, and workflow design
• Strong practical knowledge of Payroll and HR administration
• Understanding of People & Culture processes, particularly Payroll and time processes
• Experience working with HR and Payroll systems such as SD Worx Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time, SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, SAP Payroll, or similar solutions
• Experience working in projects and/or transformation initiatives
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into processes and workflows
• Strong documentation skills and experience maintaining structured process documentation
• Understanding of change journeys and how process design can support adoption of new systems and ways of working
• Ability to collaborate effectively across project, business, HR, and change stakeholders

Contract type and hours

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2027-12-31. Start 2026-10-19.
