You will join Scania’s PPL People & Culture community to lead the global Talent, People Analytics and Data Management agenda for Production, Procurement and Logistics. You will ensure data-driven workforce decisions, strengthen leadership pipelines, and enable sustainable business performance through robust processes and insights.
In this role you will bridge PPL with Group P&C and the CoE network, driving governance, adoption of global processes, and effective cross-country
Scania is undergoing a transformation from being a leading supplier of trucks, buses, and engines to providing complete and sustainable transport solutions. Together with TRATON and our sister brands MAN, Volkswagen Truck & Bus, and International, we are working to shape the future of mobility with innovative and environmentally conscious solutions. Our values – customer first, respect, team spirit, responsibility, and elimination of waste – are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we are at the forefront of creating a sustainable future.
The purpose of the role is to lead the global Talent, People Analytics and Data Management agenda within Production, Procurement and Logistics (PPL), ensuring that people, capability and workforce decisions are supported by robust processes, high-quality data and actionable insights.
The role enables sustainable business performance and transformation by strengthening talent and leadership pipelines, supporting succession and development, and transforming people data into insights that guide strategic workforce decisions.
Acting as a key bridge between the PPL business, Group P&C and the global CoE structure, the role ensures that business needs are translated into relevant global processes, data requirements and solutions. The role also drives alignment, governance and continuous improvement across the PPL Process Manager network and supports effective implementation and adoption across countries and business units.
You will join Scania’s PPL People & Culture community and work in a cross-functional environment with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation. The role connects global P&C process development with business needs and people insights, collaborating with process owners, P&C colleagues, managers and data/analytics stakeholders. Together, we develop simple, consistent and value-creating ways of working that support Scania’s people and business priorities.
We offer a dynamic and engaging workplace where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are part of everyday life. You will be part of a strong team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and close cooperation across functions.
With a structured development plan and a wide range of training opportunities, Scania supports your professional growth both locally and internationally.
We welcome all applicants and strive for diversity in our recruitment processes.
Screening will take place on an ongoing basis during the application period. Logical and personality tests may be used as part of the selection process, and a background check may be required for this role.
