JobBusters AB is seeking an experienced HR Business Analyst to join an ongoing HR system transformation project. You will help translate business needs into clear, structured HR processes that support strategy and operational efficiency.

Work with stakeholders across the organization through requirements gathering, process mapping and impact analysis, including documentation, testing, rollout and stabilization.

Qualifications

• Experience with business requirements, process development and/or process mapping.
• Understanding of HR / People & Culture processes from a business perspective.
• Experience working with HR systems.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex information clearly.
• Experience with requirements mapping, workflows and impact assessments.

Responsibilities

Your New Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Analyst to join an ongoing HR system transformation project. In this role, you will help translate business needs and requirements into clear, structured and harmonized HR processes that support both strategic objectives and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, contributing throughout the transformation journey — from requirements gathering, process mapping and impact analysis to documentation, testing, rollout and stabilization. A key part of the role is ensuring a clear distinction between business requirements, solution design and technical implementation.

You will also support change activities by helping develop new ways of working, user and administrator guides, and processes that enable successful adoption of the new HR solution.

Our client is a large organization with an ongoing HR transformation aimed at developing and harmonizing processes and ways of working across the business. The assignment offers the opportunity to work in a complex, cross-functional environment with both local and global stakeholders.

Good to Know

Scope of employment: Full-time, 100%
Type of contract: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters
Working model: Hybrid, approximately 3 days/week on-site in Södertälje
Start date: 2026-10-19 or as agreed
End date: Estimated 15-month assignment

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Experience working with business requirements, process development and/or process mapping

• Experience with HR master data, integrations, complex transformation programmes and change activities is considered an advantage.
