Job summary

Scania is seeking an IT Business and System Analyst to drive a strategic HR transformation project in People Tech Sweden. The role focuses on decommissioning a core HR system and transitioning business capabilities to future solutions, collaborating with HR, technology, and business stakeholders. This is a temporary project running through next year.

You will gather, analyze, and translate requirements to support Scania's future HR landscape within a cross-functional project team in Sweden.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in requirements mapping, process development, process mapping, and workflow design.
• 5+ years of HRBP experience and/or strong knowledge of HR administration and People & Culture processes from a business perspective.
• 3+ years of experience working with HR systems, HR master data, integrations, and downstream data consumption.
• Experience in complex transformation programs involving global and local stakeholders.
• Ability to distinguish business requirements from solution design and technical implementation.
• Strong documentation skills and experience with process frameworks.
• Understanding of change journey requirements and how process design supports successful adoption.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with structured stakeholder collaboration and change.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, map, and document current and future HR processes, workflows, and business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, payroll, recruitment, and other business functions to understand needs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to clarify requirements, align stakeholders, and drive decision‑making.
• Support the transition from legacy HR systems by ensuring business requirements, process designs, and data dependencies are properly understood and documented.
• Identify process gaps, ownership issues, risks, and improvement opportunities while supporting successful organizational change and adoption.
