Job summary

Dustin AB is seeking an HR Intern to join our European HR Support and Advisory team in Stockholm/Nacka Strand. You will support Sweden and collaborate with European HR colleagues in a hybrid work setup during spring 2027.

You will gain hands-on experience across HR processes, assist with documentation, handle employee data, and participate in HR projects while learning from experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

• Currently studying HR/PA or similar university programme.
• Strong desire to learn and develop within HR.
• Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with different people.
• Comfortable communicating in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Support employees and managers as part of our first‑line HR support.
• Assist with day‑to‑day HR administration.
• Support the preparation and handling of employment documentation.
• Maintain and update employee data.
• Support the administration of different types of leave.
• Help guide employees and managers in HR‑related questions and processes.
• Work closely with colleagues in Sweden and across our European HR organisation.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives depending on current activities and your areas of interest.
