Job summary

NKT in Karlskrona, Sweden is seeking an HR Coordinator to support HR administration, data quality and HR systems across the employee lifecycle. You will bridge HR, Payroll and IT, contribute to compliant, efficient HR services and drive digital HR initiatives in an international environment.

This 12-month parental leave cover offers hands-on experience in day-to-day HR delivery and transformation projects, including HRIS/HCM enhancements and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration or a similar administrative role.
• Strong data management and HR documentation experience.
• Excellent Swedish and English communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS/HR platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration including hires, changes and exits.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain employee data and data quality in HR systems.
• Contribute to HR transformation and digitalization projects.
