Sway Sourcing is seeking an analytical and solution-oriented HR Systems & Data Analytics Specialist for an exciting consulting assignment with a large international automotive organization.

You will develop, operate and continuously improve HR systems, data management and reporting solutions, working with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable, user-friendly solutions across global HR data and analytics. Hybrid work in Södertälje, with 2–3 on-site days per week.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Data Analytics, BI, Data Governance, HR IT or Enterprise Reporting.
• Experience with SAP HR applications and analytics such as SuccessFactors, Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Knowledge of data modelling, data quality and business analysis.
• Experience with enterprise HR applications and data.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Nice to Have: Additional education or training in Data Analytics, BI, Data Governance, HR IT or Enterprise Reporting.,Experience with Power BI.,Understanding of SAP HR data models and enterprise integrations.,Knowledge of Python.,Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, scripting or AI-assisted reporting.,Knowledge of Swedish, German or Portuguese.

Responsabilités

• Manage and validate HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency and transparency.
• Develop, maintain and improve HR reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
• Translate HR business needs into functional system and reporting solutions.
• Support system testing, releases and enhancements of HR applications.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization, simplification and automation.
• Provide functional support, documentation and guidance to HR users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting efficiency and system functionality.
