Job summary

Sway Sourcing Sweden Aktiebolag is seeking an analytical HR Systems & Data Analytics Specialist for an engaging consulting assignment within a large international automotive organization. You will develop, operate and improve HR data management and reporting solutions, translating business requirements into effective, reliable HR systems.

You will work closely with HR stakeholders to transform needs into practical solutions, while supporting testing, releases and enhancements across HR

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, HR, Data Analytics, Information Systems, IT or related field.
Experience or knowledge of Data Analytics, BI, Data Governance, HR IT or Enterprise Reporting.
Experience with SAP HR applications and analytics solutions (SuccessFactors, SAC, Datasphere) or equivalent.
Strong SQL and Excel skills.
Knowledge of data modelling, data quality and business analysis.
Experience with enterprise HR data and systems.

Responsibilities

Manage and validate HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency and transparency.
Develop, maintain and improve HR reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
Translate HR business needs into functional system and reporting solutions.
Support testing, releases and enhancements of HR applications.
Identify opportunities for process standardization, simplification and automation.
Provide documentation and guidance to HR users.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting efficiency and system functionality.
