Tandem Health is seeking a Technical Project Manager to orchestrate cross-functional integration efforts across European healthcare systems. You will translate complex technical needs into actionable plans, aligning engineers, partnerships, and product teams to deliver scalable integrations that matter.

You'll work hands-on with APIs, data flows, and system design while maintaining a clear product vision and momentum across multiple workstreams in a fast-growing healthtech environment.

Formación

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager in SaaS, platform, or healthtech.
• Able to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Fluent in discussing APIs, authentication, integrations with engineers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing momentum.
• Strong communication and decision-making to align stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead integration work with external partners and healthcare systems.
• Map external systems against our platform and design concrete integration plans.
• Coordinate between engineering, partnerships, and external stakeholders.
• Translate complex requirements into clear priorities and deliverables.
• Ensure robust API/data model understanding and alignment with architecture.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive high-velocity delivery.
• Build processes and templates for scalable integrations.
• Maintain visibility by tracking progress and surfacing risks.
