Job summary

Tandem Health seeks a Project Delivery Specialist to own end-to-end customer implementations for large healthcare enterprise customers. Based in Stockholm HQ, you’ll manage complex EHR integrations, clinical workflows, and governance across markets, ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery.

You’ll engage with clinicians and executives, coordinate with engineering and Medical Operations, and continuously improve our delivery playbook as we scale globally.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology solutions in healthcare settings.
• Strong stakeholder management from clinicians to C-level.
• Familiarity with EHR integrations and clinical workflows.
• Ability to navigate multi-country healthcare environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced scaling company.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations for enterprise users.
• Coordinate technical setups including EHR integrations with engineering.
• Configure environments to support clinical workflows.
• Coordinate user training with Medical Operations and go-live readiness.
• Serve as the main customer contact, maintaining momentum.
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies across workstreams.
• Refine delivery playbooks as the customer base grows.
