Tandem Health reimagines healthcare by putting clinicians first. We are seeking an IT Solutions Engineer to own post‑sales investigations, troubleshoot across Windows, VDI, and integrations, and verify fixes in customer environments.

Based at our Stockholm HQ, you will collaborate with Product, Medical Operations and Customer Success, turning learnings into improved diagnostics and product guidance while maintaining clear ownership.

Competenze

Hands-on experience in a customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS or healthcare IT.
Strong experience with Citrix and enterprise IT environments.
Proficient in coordinating investigations across teams and documenting findings.
Solid Windows OS deployment and network concepts understanding.
Able to script with PowerShell or Python to automate checks.

Mansioni

Lead complex post-sales technical investigations with customer IT teams.
Troubleshoot across Windows clients, VDI, browsers, and integrations.
Use logs and test setups to isolate causes and provide actionable reproductions.
Coordinate fixes across teams and verify in customer environments.
