Job summary

Tandem Health seeks a Project Lead to join our Implementation team in Spain. You will own the successful deployment of Tandem in large organisations from planning through go-live and adoption, coordinating clinicians, hospital leadership and IT teams.

This is a hands-on role with autonomy, shaping how we implement Tandem as we scale. You bring strong project management, stakeholder management, and a bias toward action, with 2+ years in demanding environments and Spanish fluency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in demanding environments (management consulting, tech, healthcare ops, a start-up/scale-up).
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to work independently and structure ambiguous problems.
• Professional fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own large deployments end-to-end in hospital and care organisations, including project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead live product demos for prospective clients and support commercial efforts in Spain.
• Coordinate clinicians, hospital leadership, IT and internal Tandem teams to keep deployments moving.
• Prepare and support teams through training and go-live, including regular on-site work across Spain.
• Drive adoption after go-live and collaborate with clinical champions to identify and address barriers.
• Identify and resolve issues, bringing the right people together when you need support.
• Coordinate with internal specialists (MedOps, TechOps) while driving the project and owning the overall outcome.
• Improve our implementation approach by developing better processes, tools and ways of working as we scale.
