Tandem Health is reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Based in Stockholm, we seek a Technical Project Manager to drive critical integrations across European healthcare, coordinating engineers, partnerships, and external stakeholders to ship high-quality, scalable solutions.

You’ll lead multi-team initiatives, translate complex requirements into clear plans, and push for robust API-driven integrations while maintaining product vision and momentum.

Formación

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager in SaaS, healthtech, or platform environments.
• Ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives with internal teams and external partners.
• Fluency discussing APIs, authentication, integrations, and system design with engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead integration work with external partners and healthcare systems, ensuring scalable implementations.
• Map external systems to our platform and propose concrete integration designs.
• Coordinate between engineering, partnerships, and external stakeholders.
• Translate technical requirements into priority plans and deliverables.
• Understand APIs, data models, and system architecture to ensure robust solutions.
• Identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and keep projects moving at velocity.
• Establish processes and templates for integrations and technical delivery.
• Provide visibility across stakeholders by tracking progress and surfacing risks.
