Tandem Health seeks a Project Delivery Specialist to own end-to-end customer implementations for large healthcare enterprise customers. Based in Stockholm HQ, you’ll manage complex EHR integrations, clinical workflows, and governance across markets, ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery.

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Delivery Specialist to join our global team, owning the end-to-end implementation journey with large enterprise customers across our growth markets - from the moment a customer signs with Tandem to the point where they are fully up and running.

You will work with large complex organisations across markets, each with its own health system, IT landscape, governance requirements and ways of working. One week you might be running a steering group with a hospital group’s executive team, the next working through integration details with a local IT provider in another country. You’ll need to read each context quickly and adapt your approach, while holding the line on scope, timeline and quality.

What You Will Do

• Lead customer implementation projects end to end, keeping deliveries on track, on scope, and on time.

• Coordinate the technical setup - including EHR integrations - working closely with our engineering team.

• Work with customers and our Medical Operations team to ensure the right configurations are built for each clinical environment.

• Coordinate user training programmes together with Medical Operations, ensuring clinicians are confident and ready at go-live.

• Act as the customer's primary point of contact throughout the delivery phase, building trust and maintaining momentum.

• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across workstreams.

• Continuously refine our delivery playbook, contributing to scalable processes as our customer base grows.

What You Bring

• A strong track record in project management, ideally delivering technology solutions or complex multi-stakeholder projects within healthcare settings.

• Excellent stakeholder management — you're comfortable engaging with everyone from frontline clinicians to C-level decision-makers.

• Familiarity with healthcare IT environments — EHR integrations, clinical workflows, and change management in care organisations.

• Genuine curiosity about technology and AI — deep technical expertise is not required, but you understand how modern software products are delivered.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

Bonus

• Experience in management consulting or a similar high-paced, client-facing environment, where you’ve had to get up to speed on a new organisation and deliver results under pressure.

• Additional languages relevant to our growth markets.

• Experience in a startup or scale-up, or in setting up delivery processes from scratch.
