Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Manager of Solutions Engineering for the NEMEA region. You will build and lead a high-performing team of solution engineers, align with sales, marketing, and product to drive adoption of Grafana OSS and commercial products, and ensure customers are successful post-sale through services, training, and support.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in high tech roles with leadership experience.
• Proven success in a fast-paced remote-first startup environment.
• Experience mentoring and developing people over time.
• Open Source or cloud-first selling experience is a big plus.
• Experience implementing sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC; value-based selling).
• Direct experience selling monitoring/visualisation products.
• Ability to own a book of business and exceed quarterly targets.
• English fluency; a second European language is preferred.
• Located in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Attract, recruit, ramp and mentor a team of Presales SEs from diverse backgrounds.
• Lead with servant leadership and balance field responsibilities with team needs.
• Direct day-to-day work based on leadership guidance, planning regional actions and outcomes.
• Partner with sales leadership on customer programs, marketing initiatives and events to drive adoption.
• Sponsor key accounts and act as a thought leader/partner to customers and Grafana within EMEA.
• Understand customer adoption strategies and develop programs to enable success.
