Grafana Labs is a fully remote company with a global team that enables customers to succeed with Grafana Cloud and open observability solutions. The Solutions Engineering team serves as customer-facing product experts, educating prospects and customers to ensure success.

This role focuses on listening, understanding requirements, and translating them into Grafana-based solutions while collaborating with Sales and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Strong ability to engage with customers and articulate value propositions.
• Experience delivering product and technical presentations to customers.
• Comfort with open source technologies and ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana value proposition, vision and strategy to customers.
• Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities through knowledge and credibility.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and competitive landscape.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
• Collaborate to create enablement content: docs, blog posts, videos, knowledge base articles.
