Job summary
Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Product Manager for OpenTelemetry Experience in Sweden, a fully remote role. You will own the end‑to‑end journey for instrumenting workloads and sending rich telemetry to Grafana Cloud, collaborating with global teams to define strategy and deployment patterns.
You will drive onboarding, configuration, and troubleshooting workflows, ensuring telemetry health and actionable insights while shaping product strategy across SDKs, auto‑instrumentation, and collectors.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in developer tools, observability, or a related B2B domain.
- Experience turning onboarding and troubleshooting workflows into clear product experiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication across remote, global teams.
Responsibilities
- Define vision, strategy, and cross‑product roadmap for OpenTelemetry telemetry in Grafana Cloud.
- Create coherent experiences for SDK instrumentation, auto‑instrumentation, and Collector deployment.
- Identify and reduce setup failures and low‑quality telemetry.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, documentation, and GTM teams to deliver a differentiated OpenTelemetry experience.
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders to drive activation and measurable outcomes.
