Icomera, Gothenburg, Sweden, is seeking a Head of Quality & Sustainability Management to lead the global Quality and Environmental functions and advance our management systems and digital tools. You will drive ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, coordinate sustainability activities and manage an international team across Equans and our organization.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading quality, process or environmental management in a complex organisation.
• Strong practical knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, including management systems, audits and corrective actions.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional change.
• Fluency in spoken and written English; international environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead, support and develop the Quality & Environment team, setting clear objectives and creating an inclusive environment.
• Own and continuously improve ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance, audits, management reviews and corrective actions.
• Define and implement quality, environmental and process-management strategies that support customer satisfaction and sustainable business development.
• Establish KPIs, targets and action plans for quality, environmental and process performance with data-driven reporting to senior management.
• Drive digitalization of processes and management systems with IT solutions, automation and responsible AI.
• Coordinate environmental and sustainability data, reporting and improvement activities across Icomera and Equans.
