Job summary

Alstom in Sweden seeks a Nordics QMS & ECM Coordinator to drive quality management and compliance across Nordics, based in Västerås or Stockholm. You will implement ISO 9001, ECM and related standards while collaborating with local teams and stakeholders.

You will lead audits, maintain QMS documentation, and deliver training to ensure processes are applied consistently. Excellent English and willingness to learn Swedish are important.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quality, Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems and standards such as ISO 9001, IRIS and ECM.
• Knowledge of risk and opportunity management processes.
• Familiarity with internal and external audit processes.
• A certification in Auditing, Quality Management or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to train and coach teams effectively.
• English is mandatory; Swedish knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate process deployment with local quality functions across the Nordics.
• Ensure process governance, reviews and risk/opportunity management with stakeholders.
• Provide training and day-to-day coaching on process application.
• Maintain Quality Management System documentation and ensure clear communication.
• Keep site management informed about deployment status and results.
• Ensure QMS conformance with Alstom and regional standards such as ISO 9001, IRIS, ECM, ISO 55001.
• Organize internal audits and monitor yearly audit plans.
• Collaborate with certification bodies and customers to prepare for QMS assessments.
• Plan and organise Process Reviews and Quality Management Reviews with action plans.
• Manage internal and external audits and ensure timely action on plans.
