Job summary

Icomera AB is seeking a Head of Quality & Sustainability Management to lead and develop our Process, Quality & Environmental function, ensuring systems support customer satisfaction, compliance and efficiency. You will own ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, coordinate sustainability data, and collaborate with senior leadership across functions including Sustainability, Finance, HR and IT.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading quality, process or environmental management in a complex organisation.
• Strong practical knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, including management systems, audits and corrective actions.
• Previous people-management experience with ability to develop team capability and create a collaborative environment.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and turning governance/compliance requirements into practical value.
• A relevant university degree or equivalent education/experience in quality, environmental management, sustainability, engineering, technology or business processes.
• Fluency in spoken and written English in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the Quality & Environment team, setting objectives and fostering collaboration.
• Own and improve ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems, audits, reviews and risk actions.
• Define strategies for quality, environmental and process management to support customer satisfaction and performance.
• Establish KPIs, targets and plans; provide data-driven reporting to senior management.
• Drive digitalization of processes with IT solutions, automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Coordinate environmental data, objectives and reporting across Icomera and Equans.
