Job summary

Axis Communications Aktiebolag in Lund seeks a Senior AI Tooling Engineer to drive AI adoption across our R&D organization and enable hundreds of engineers to integrate AI into their daily workflows.

You will strengthen the AI platform by improving tools, workflows and integrations, while translating AI developments into practical guidance on quality, security and responsible use across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with practical AI experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate in a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as an internal AI evangelist, contributing to adoption across the organization.
• Enable engineers by supporting hands-on integration of AI into workflows, from coding and debugging to design and decision.
• Stay current with developments in AI and translate them into practical ways of working.
• Strengthen learning and adoption by building on our AI community and other formats to support continuous learning and effective use of AI.
• Evolve the AI platform by improving tools, workflows and integrations based on developer needs and feedback.
• Connect insights by identifying patterns across teams and turning them into guidelines and reusable solutions.
• Bridge technology and organization by translating AI developments into clear, actionable guidance, including considerations around quality, security and responsible use.
